From a 6-digit
tariff code we track importers from a given country. Then we
look for the contact information and communicate by phone to
locate the person in charge of purchasing abroad. We contact
that person directly to ask about their interest in
receiving product information from our client. If the answer
is yes, this information is included in the database that we
will offer to the company that hired our services
Of course, this is not an absolute guarantee that business
will take place later, but it is a very important step
towards starting a business relationship, because it has
already established a sign of interest of an importer of the
item in having a new supplier.
Reaching this point is not trivial or cheap, but it is
invaluable support for the development of new markets.
The minimum data that we will include in our report and that
will be delivered presented in an Excel spreadsheet are:
COMPANY, CITY, COUNTRY, CONTACT PERSON, PHONE, EMAIL,
